Project To Begin April 1 and Will Add to Enhanced Member Experiences at Private Club in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Excitement and momentum continue to build at Eastpointe Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where the membership has overwhelmingly approved the complete restoration of the acclaimed Fazio designed East Course. The project will commence on April 1.
The East Course’s restoration comes as Eastpointe celebrates its 50th anniversary and marks the latest example of the club’s renovations aimed at delivering an exceptional member experience. Members will have full use of Eastpointe's West Course during the East Course renovations.

"The East Course is one of the finest layouts in all of Palm Beach County, and it's our crown jewel. The full restoration of the course signifies a commitment by our membership to enhance the experience of the East Course and elevate the value of all of Eastpointe."
New and existing members are savoring The Pointe, the energetic lifestyle center that just opened last summer. The Pointe is a dynamic facility which includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, upscale casual dining, and two active resort-style pools. Eastpointe also has six new pickleball courts to meet the demand of members who enjoy that fast growing sport.
Eastpointe remains one of the few private clubs in northern Palm Beach County that accepts members from outside its residential community. In addition to Eastpointe’s myriad of renovations, the club has broken ground on the first of what will be 75 new single-family homes on the northwest section of the expansive property.
The award-winning firm of Sanford Ferris Golf Course Design, which specializes in golf course restorations, will oversee the project to ensure that the integrity and spirit of the original Fazio design remains intact. The restoration will include the creation of additional dedicated forward tees and expansion of existing tee areas. The East Course practice range, which will remain open throughout the restoration, is scheduled to increase the driving range bays by 50 percent beginning next year providing a world-class practice facility consistent with the demands of a first rate 36-hole club.
